Describe the importance and characteristics of a good documentation in the system development process.  What elements should be included in a good documentation package ?

The concern about quality of software is sometimes referred to as a 'Software Crisis'.  Elaborate on the meaning of the phrase and comment on the available approaches and practices to cope with the issue.

What does one mean by the term 'Green P.C' ?  Does greater use of  I.T. promote environment degradation ?  How does a system analyst's work get affected by these consideration ?

State 3 important reasons why computer outputs are required.  Give an example of a situation where the output of one computer is used as am input for another, without any human intervention or decision process.  Rank 5 considerations involved in output design in decreasing order of importance from the point of view of the user.
